June 1 – June 5 · 9am – 12:30pm
Introduces young actors to the basics of theatre through games, improvisation, and scene work. Campers will perform a short showcase on the final day.
June 8 – June 12 · 9am – 12:30pm
Campers bring their favorite fairy tales to life on stage! Through creative dramatics and ensemble storytelling, young actors will rehearse and perform a fairy-tale showcase.
July 6 – July 10 · 9am – 12:30pm
An introduction to the world of musical theatre — singing, dancing, and acting all rolled into one. Campers learn songs and choreography for a final performance.
July 20 – July 24 · 9am – 12:30pm
Shakespeare made accesible and fun for young performers. Campers explore the language, characters, and stories of the Bard through games and scene work.
July 27 – July 31 · 9am – 12:30pm
What makes a hero? What makes a villain? Campers explore character archetypes through acting exercises and create their own original hero-vs-villain scenes.
August 3 – August 7 · 9am – 12:30pm
Young detectives use acting skills to solve mysteries! Campers work together to create and perform their own whodunit showcase.
June 1 – June 5 · 1:30pm – 5pm
A foundational acting course covering character creation, script analysis, and audition technique. Campers build confidence and stage presence through ensemble exercises.
June 22 – June 26 · 9am – 12:30pm
Learn the fundamentals of improvisational theatre — agreement, listening, and spontaneous scene-building. Culminates in a live improv show.
July 6 – July 10 · 1:30pm – 5pm
Combines singing, acting, and movement to introduce the triple-threat skills of musical theatre. Campers rehearse and perform selections from popular musicals.
July 27 – July 31 · 1:30pm – 5pm
Tackle Shakespeare's language head-on with practical tools for understanding verse, intention, and character. Campers will perform scenes from Shakespeare for their final performance.
August 3 – August 7 · 1:30pm – 5pm
Write, rehearse, and perform an original short play in just one week. Campers will collaborate as playwrights and actors

Go behind the curtain to explore scenic design, costumes, props, and stage management — all through the lens of an Agatha Christie mystery production.

Build a strong acting foundation with techniques in character development, cold reads, and audition preparation. Designed for high schoolers new to theatre or looking to sharpen skills.
June 15 – June 19 · 1:30pm – 5pm

Explore the technical and design elements of ATC's production of Peter and the Starcatcher — from set construction to lighting design.
June 22 – June 26 · 1:30pm – 5pm
Write and perform original sketch comedy. Campers study comedic structure, timing, and character comedy, then stage a live sketch show.
July 13 – July 17 · 1:30pm – 5pm
(Friday the 17th is 6 - 11pm)
Get hands-on experience with the technical production of ATC's Othello — stage management, sound, lighting, and scenic design.
July 20 – July 24 · 1:30pm – 5pm
An intensive workshop on performing Shakespeare. Covers scansion, rhetoric, and heightened text with scenes and monologues from the summer season.
August 17 – August 21 · 6:30pm – 9pm
An introductory acting course for adults. Covers character creation, audition fundamentals, and scene work. Includes a final performance on the last evening.
August 24 – August 28 · 6:30pm – 9pm
Whether or not you have tread the boards in the past, this class will teach you how to handle Shakespeare like a pro. Includes a final performance. Acting Basics recommended but not required.
