Santa’s Singing Elves

November 1 – December 6 · 1pm – 3pm

Christmas time in German Village is almost here! In this class, students will become the very workers of Santa’s workshop to form a chorus, spreading Christmas cheer for all to hear. Students will have a final demonstration to showcase their singing and acting at the German Village Lights event on December 6th alongside some special holiday guests. Class takes place at the German Village Meeting Haus (588 S 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43215)

Entering Grades 6-8

Victorian Carolers of German Village

November 1 – December 6 · 3pm – 5pm

The holiday season is arriving in German Village! In this class, students will learn about the Victorian era customs and traditions of the holiday season, including classic carols to sing to the villagers of German Village. The camp will have a final demonstration to showcase their singing and acting at the German Village Lights event on December 6th. Class takes place at the German Village Meeting Haus (588 S 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43215)

Acting Basics (Adults)

October 4 – November 15 · 7pm – 9pm

Looking to explore (or get back into) the world of acting? Here’s a class for adults interested in learning a new skill or getting a refresher in what it takes to create a character and gain the tools necessary to feel confident and prepared in auditions for ATC and beyond. This class will have a final demonstration to showcase their work on November 15th. There will be no class 10/18. Class takes place at the German Village Meeting Haus (588 S 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43215)

Entering Grades 9-12

Monologue Study

October 4 – November 15 · 5pm – 7pm

Ready to ace your audition? This is a great class to learn or refresh the basics of acting while working on monologues in preparation for future auditions in school, local theater companies, or for college auditions. This class will have a demonstration showcasing their monologues on November 15th. There will be no class 10/18. Class takes place at the German Village Meeting Haus (588 S 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43215)

Intro to Unarmed Combat One Day Workshop (Adult)

October 11 · 12pm – 4pm

Do you dream of wowing audiences with your combat skills onstage? Learn new unarmed stage combat skills, or get a refresher. Skills covered include stage slaps, punches, falls, trips, shoves, and more. At the end of the day participants will learn a choreographed fight scene. Class takes place at the German Village Meeting Haus (588 S 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43215).
